लैव्यव्यवस्था 23:32

वह दिन तुम्हारे लिये परमविश्राम का हो, उसमें तुम उपवास करना; और उस महीने के नवें दिन की साँझ से अगली साँझ तक अपना विश्रामदिन माना करना।”

It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.
