ถ้าชายคนใดคนหนึ่งหลับนอนกับผู้ชายด้วยกันเหมือนอย่างที่เขาหลับนอนกับผู้​หญิง​ ทั้งสองคนก็​ได้​กระทำสิ่งที่​น่าสะอิดสะเอียน​ ทั้งสองคนนั้นจะต้องถูกประหารให้ตายอย่างแน่​นอน​ ​ให้​โลหิตของผู้นั้นตกอยู่บนผู้นั้นเอง
