ലേവ്യപുസ്തകം 20:6

വെളിച്ചപ്പാടന്മാരുടെയും മന്ത്രവാദികളുടെയും പിന്നാലെ പരസംഗം ചെയ്‌വാൻ പോകുന്നവന്റെ നേരെയും ഞാൻ ദൃഷ്ടിവെച്ചു അവനെ അവന്റെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയും.

¶ And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.
