ถ้าผู้ใดเข้านอนกับผู้หญิงที่เป็นทาสี ​ที่​ชายอีกคนหนึ่งสู่ขอไว้​แล้วแต่​ยั​งม​ิ​ได้​​ไถ่​ถอนหรือปล่อยเป็​นอ​ิ​สระ​ ต้องลงโทษเธอ ​แต่​อย่าให้​ถึงตาย​ เพราะว่าทาสีนั้นยังไม่​เป็นอิสระ​

¶ And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.
