ન્યાયધીશોએ પોતાના ન્યાયમાં સદા પ્રામાણિક રહેવું, ગરીબો પ્રત્યે દયા દર્શાવીને એનો પક્ષ ન લેવો કે કોઈ માણસ મહત્વનો છે એવું વિચારીને એનો પક્ષ ન લેવો. પણ તેના બદલે હંમેશા ઉચિત ન્યાય કરવો.

¶ Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
