నిగనిగలాడే మచ్చ అలాగే ఉండిపోయి వ్యాపించకుండా ఉంటే అది పుండు మానిన మచ్చ. యాజకుడు అతణ్ణి శుద్ధుడని ప్రకటించాలి.
