எங்களைப் பின்தொடர்ந்தவர்கள் ஆகாயத்துக் கழுகுகளைவிட வேகமாயிருந்தார்கள்; மலைகள்மேல் எங்களைப் பின்தொடர்ந்தார்கள்; வனாந்திரத்தில் எங்களுக்காகப் பதுங்கியிருந்தார்கள்.

Our persecutors are swifter than the eagles of the heaven: they pursued us upon the mountains, they laid wait for us in the wilderness.
