నియమించిన పండగలకు ఎవరూ రాలేదు గనక సీయోను దారులు సంతాపంతో ఉన్నాయి. పట్టణపు గుమ్మాలు ఒంటరివయ్యాయి. యాజకులు మూలుగుతున్నారు. దాని కన్యలు దుఃఖంతో ఉన్నారు. అది అమితమైన బాధతో ఉంది.

The ways of Zion do mourn, because none come to the solemn feasts: all her gates are desolate: her priests sigh, her virgins are afflicted, and she is in bitterness.
