અને તેઓને જીવતા રહેવા દેવા માટે યહોશુઆએ તેઓની સાથે સલાહ કરી, તેઓની સાથે કરાર કર્યો. લોકોના સમુદાયના આગેવાનોએ તેઓની આગળ પ્રતિજ્ઞા કરી.

And Joshua made peace with them, and made a league with them, to let them live: and the princes of the congregation sware unto them.
