E tutto Israele, e i suoi Anziani, e i suoi Ufficiali, Prefetti, e i suoi Giudici, stavano in piè di qua e di là dall'Arca, dirimpetto a' sacerdoti Leviti, che portavano l'Arca del patto del Signore; tutti dico, così forestieri, come natii d'Israele; l'una metà stava dirimpetto al monte di Gherizim, e l'altra metà dirimpetto al monte di Ebal; come Mosè, servitor del Signore, avea comandato, per benedire il popolo d'Israele la prima volta.
And all Israel, and their elders, and officers, and their judges, stood on this side the ark and on that side before the priests the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, as well the stranger, as he that was born among them; half of them over against mount Gerizim, and half of them over against mount Ebal; as Moses the servant of the LORD had commanded before, that they should bless the people of Israel.
