Vả, hết thảy dân chúng mà đã ra khỏi xứ Ê-díp-tô đều có chịu phép cắt bì; nhưng sau khi ra khỏi xứ Ê-díp-tô người ta không có làm phép cắt bì cho một ai trong những người sanh ra dọc đường tại nơi đồng vắng.
