யோசுவா 24:23

அப்பொழுது அவன்: அப்படியானால், இப்பொழுதும் உங்களுடைய நடுவே இருக்கிற அந்நிய தெய்வங்களை அகற்றிவிட்டு, உங்களுடைய இருதயத்தை இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்கு நேராகத் திருப்புங்கள் என்றான்.

Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the LORD God of Israel.
