യോശുവ 24:18

ദേശത്തു പാർത്തിരുന്ന അമോര്യർ മുതലായ സകലജാതികളെയും യഹോവ ഞങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിൽനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു; ആകയാൽ ഞങ്ങളും യഹോവയെ സേവിക്കും; അവനല്ലോ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവം.

And the LORD drave out from before us all the people, even the Amorites which dwelt in the land: therefore will we also serve the LORD; for he is our God.
