അതിന്നു രൂബേന്യരും ഗാദ്യരും മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതിഗോത്രവും യിസ്രായേല്യസഹസ്രങ്ങളുടെ തലവന്മാരോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു:
