Бо від синів Йосифових пійшли два поколїння, Манассій та Ефраїм, а Левіям не дано нїякого земляного надїлу в (обітованій) землї, тілько міста про житла та пасовища, що тягли до них, про їх скотину та про їх проче майно.

For the children of Joseph were two tribes, Manasseh and Ephraim: therefore they gave no part unto the Levites in the land, save cities to dwell in, with their suburbs for their cattle and for their substance.
