யோசுவா இஸ்ரவேல் கோத்திரங்களுக்குச் சொந்தமாகப் பங்கிட்டதுமான ஏத்தியர்கள், எமோரியர்கள், கானானியர்கள், பெரிசியர்கள், ஏவியர்கள், எபூசியர்கள் என்பவர்களுடைய தேசத்தில் இருந்தவர்களும், யோசுவாவும் இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களும் முறியடித்தவர்களுமான ராஜாக்கள் யாரென்றால்:

In the mountains, and in the valleys, and in the plains, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south country; the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites:
