யோசுவா 10:6

அப்பொழுது கிபியோனின் மனிதர்கள் கில்காலில் இருக்கிற முகாமிற்கு யோசுவாவிடம் ஆள் அனுப்பி: உமது அடியார்களைக் கைவிடாமல், சீக்கிரமாக எங்களிடம் வந்து, எங்களைக் காப்பாற்றி, எங்களுக்கு உதவிசெய்யும்; மலை தேசங்களிலே குடியிருக்கிற எமோரியர்களின் ராஜாக்கள் எல்லோரும் எங்களுக்கு விரோதமாகக் கூடினார்கள் என்று சொல்லச் சொன்னார்கள்.

¶ And the men of Gibeon sent unto Joshua to the camp to Gilgal, saying, Slack not thy hand from thy servants; come up to us quickly, and save us, and help us: for all the kings of the Amorites that dwell in the mountains are gathered together against us.
