यहोशू 10:6

तब गिबोन के निवासियों ने गिलगाल की छावनी में यहोशू के पास यह कहला भेजा, “अपने दासों की ओर से तू अपना हाथ न हटाना; शीघ्र हमारे पास आकर हमें बचा ले, और हमारी सहायता कर; क्योंकि पहाड़ पर रहनेवाले एमोरियों के सब राजा हमारे विरुद्ध इकट्ठे हुए हैं।”

¶ And the men of Gibeon sent unto Joshua to the camp to Gilgal, saying, Slack not thy hand from thy servants; come up to us quickly, and save us, and help us: for all the kings of the Amorites that dwell in the mountains are gathered together against us.
