యోనా 2:6

నేను మరెన్నటికీ ఎక్కి రాకుండా భూమి గడియలు నన్ను మూసివేశాయి. పర్వతాల పునాదుల్లోకి నేను దిగిపోయాను. నా దేవా, యెహోవా, నువ్వు నా జీవాన్ని అగాధంలో నుంచి పైకి రప్పించావు.

I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God.
