Sisigaw si Yahweh mula sa Zion, at lalakas ang kaniyang tinig mula sa Jerusalem. Mayayanig ang kalangitan at lupa, ngunit si Yahweh ang magiging kanlungan ng kaniyang mga tao at sandigan para sa mga tao ng Israel.
