Herren (Jahveh) ryter (som ett lejon) från Sion [tempelberget i Jerusalem] och ger ut sin röst från Jerusalem – himlen och jorden ska skälva. Men Herren (Jahveh) ska vara en tillflykt för sitt folk och ett värn (en säker plats, ett försvar) för Israels barn (söner).
