તમે વિદેશી પ્રજાઓમાં આ જાહેર કરો; યુદ્ધની તૈયારી કરો. શ્રેષ્ઠ યોદ્ધાઓને જાગૃત કરો,. તેઓને પાસે આવવા દો, સર્વ લડવૈયાઓ કૂચ કરો.
