Matuwa kayo, mga tao ng Zion at magalak kay Yahweh na inyong Diyos. Sapagkat ibibigay niya sa inyo ang ulan ng taglagas sa nararapat na sukat at pabababain ang ulan para sa inyo, ang ulan ng taglagas at ang ulan ng tagsibol katulad noon.
