భూమి దుర్మార్గుల ఆధీనంలో ఉంది. ఆయన న్యాయాధిపతులకు మంచి చెడ్డల విచక్షణ లేకుండా చేస్తాడు. ఇవన్నీ చేయగలిగేది ఆయన గాక ఇంకెవరు?

The earth is given into the hand of the wicked: he covereth the faces of the judges thereof; if not, where, and who is he?
