மனிதர்களைக் காப்பவரே, பாவம்செய்தேனானால் உமக்கு நான் செய்யவேண்டியது என்ன? நான் எனக்குத்தானே பாரமாயில்லாமல், நீர் என்னை உமக்குக் குறியாக வைத்தது என்ன?

I have sinned; what shall I do unto thee, O thou preserver of men? why hast thou set me as a mark against thee, so that I am a burden to myself?
