لِيَمْطُرَ عَلَى أَرْضٍ حَيْثُ لَا إِنْسَانَ، عَلَى قَفْرٍ لَا أَحَدَ فِيهِ،
To cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is; on the wilderness, wherein there is no man;
