దాని తరువాత గొప్ప స్వరం గర్జిస్తుంది. ఆయన తన గంభీరమైన స్వరంతో సింహనాదం చేస్తాడు. ఆయన ధ్వని వినబడేటప్పుడు ఆయన మెరుపును అడ్డగించడు.

After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.
