GIOBBE 37:12

Ed esse si rivolgono in molti giri, secondo gli ordini suoi Intorno a ciò che hanno a fare, Secondo tutto quello ch'egli comanda loro di fare In su la faccia del mondo, nella terra;

And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.
