Ove i torrenti che il piè avea dimenticati scoppiano fuori, E impediscono che niuno vi stia appresso; Poi scemano, e se ne vanno per opera degli uomini.

The flood breaketh out from the inhabitant; even the waters forgotten of the foot: they are dried up, they are gone away from men.
