ஊரில் மனிதர் தவிக்கிறார்கள், குற்றுயிராய்க்கிடக்கிறவர்களின் ஆத்துமா கூப்பிடுகிறது; என்றாலும், தேவன் அவர்கள் விண்ணப்பத்தைக் கவனிக்கிறதில்லை.
