ഊസ്ദേശത്തു ഇയ്യോബ് എന്നു പേരുള്ളോരു പുരുഷൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവൻ നിഷ്കളങ്കനും നേരുള്ളവനും ദൈവഭക്തനും ദോഷം വിട്ടകലുന്നവനും ആയിരുന്നു.
