لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ كَسَا وَجْهَهُ سَمْنًا، وَرَبَّى شَحْمًا عَلَى كِلْيَتَيْهِ،
Because he covereth his face with his fatness, and maketh collops of fat on his flanks.
