يُلْقِي هَوَانًا عَلَى ٱلشُّرَفَاءِ، وَيُرْخِي مِنْطَقَةَ ٱلْأَشِدَّاءِ.
He poureth contempt upon princes, and weakeneth the strength of the mighty.
