వాడి తల్లిదండ్రులు యూదులకు భయపడి ఆ విధంగా చెప్పారు. ఎందుకంటే యూదులు అప్పటికే ఎవరైనా ఆయనను క్రీస్తు అని ఒప్పుకుంటే వారిని తమ సమాజ మందిరాల్లో నుండి బహిష్కరించాలని నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు.
