యోహాను రాసిన సువార్త 9:16

“ఈ వ్యక్తి విశ్రాంతి దినాన్ని ఆచరించడం లేదు కాబట్టి ఇతడు దేవుని దగ్గర నుండి రాలేదు” అని పరిసయ్యుల్లో కొందరు అన్నారు. మరి కొందరు, “ఇతడు పాపి అయితే ఇలాటి అద్భుతాలు ఎలా చేయగలడు?” అన్నారు. ఈ విధంగా వారిలో భేదాభిప్రాయం కలిగింది.

Therefore said some of the Pharisees, This man is not of God, because he keepeth not the sabbath day. Others said, How can a man that is a sinner do such miracles? And there was a division among them.
