เมื่อพระเยซูทรงลุกขึ้นแล้ว และมิ​ได้​ทอดพระเนตรเห็นผู้​ใด​ ​เห​็นแต่หญิงผู้​นั้น​ ​พระองค์​ตรัสกับนางว่า “หญิงเอ๋ย พวกเขาที่ฟ้องเจ้าไปไหนหมด ​ไม่มี​ใครเอาโทษเจ้าหรือ”

When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
