యోహాను రాసిన సువార్త 7:39

తనపై నమ్మకం ఉంచేవారు పొందబోయే దేవుని ఆత్మను గురించి ఆయన ఈ మాట చెప్పాడు. యేసు అప్పటికి తన మహిమా స్థితి పొందలేదు కనుక దేవుని ఆత్మ దిగి రావడం జరగలేదు.

(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
