Johannes 7:22

Daarom heeft Mozes ulieden de besnijdenis gegeven (niet dat zij uit Mozes is, maar uit de vaderen), en gij besnijdt een mens op den sabbat.

Moses therefore gave unto you circumcision; (not because it is of Moses, but of the fathers;) and ye on the sabbath day circumcise a man.
