கயிற்றினால் ஒரு சாட்டையை உண்டாக்கி, அவர்கள் அனைவரையும் ஆடுமாடுகளையும், தேவாலயத்திற்கு வெளியே துரத்திவிட்டு, பணம் மாற்றுக்காரர்களுடைய பணங்களைக் கொட்டி, மேசைகளைக் கவிழ்த்துப்போட்டு,

And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables;
