மீண்டும் எட்டு நாட்களுக்குப்பின்பு அவருடைய சீடர்கள் வீட்டிற்குள்ளே இருந்தார்கள்; தோமாவும் அவர்களோடு இருந்தான்; கதவுகள் பூட்டப்பட்டிருந்தது. அப்பொழுது இயேசு வந்து அவர்கள் நடுவில் நின்று: உங்களுக்குச் சமாதானம் என்றார்.

¶ And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
