அப்பொழுது அவர்கள்: பின்பு யார்? நீர் எலியாவா என்று கேட்டார்கள். அதற்கு: நான் அவன் இல்லை என்றான். நீர் தீர்க்கதரிசியா என்று கேட்டார்கள். அதற்கும்: இல்லை என்றான்.

And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.
