ముఖ్య యాజకులు, యూదుల అధికారులు యేసును చూసి, “సిలువ వెయ్యండి, సిలువ వెయ్యండి!” అని, కేకలు వేశారు. పిలాతు వారితో, “ఈయనలో నాకు ఏ అపరాధం కనిపించడం లేదు కాబట్టి మీరే తీసుకువెళ్ళి ఇతన్ని సిలువ వెయ్యండి” అన్నాడు.

When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no fault in him.
