அதற்குப் பிலாத்து: சத்தியம் என்றால் என்ன என்றான். மறுபடியும் அவன் யூதர்களிடத்தில் வெளியே வந்து: நான் அவனிடத்தில் ஒரு குற்றமும் காணவில்லை.

Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all.
