சீமோன்பேதுருவும் வேறொரு சீடனும் இயேசுவிற்குப் பின்னே சென்றார்கள். அந்தச் சீடன் பிரதான ஆசாரியனுக்கு அறிமுகமானவனாக இருந்ததினால் இயேசுவுடன் பிரதான ஆசாரியனுடைய அரண்மனைக்குள் நுழைந்தான்.

¶ And Simon Peter followed Jesus, and so did another disciple: that disciple was known unto the high priest, and went in with Jesus into the palace of the high priest.
