യോഹന്നാൻ 16:21

സ്ത്രീ പ്രസവിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്റെ നാഴിക വന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവൾക്കു ദുഃഖം ഉണ്ടു; കുഞ്ഞിനെ പ്രസവിച്ചശേഷമോ ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ ലോകത്തിലേക്കു പിറന്നിരിക്കുന്ന സന്തോഷംനിമിത്തം അവൾ തന്റെ കഷ്ടം പിന്നെ ഓർക്കുന്നില്ല.

A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
