ஆகவே, இயேசு அதன்பின்பு வெளியரங்கமாக யூதர்களுக்குள்ளே தங்காமல், அந்த இடத்தைவிட்டு வனாந்திரத்திற்கு அருகான இடமாகிய எப்பிராயீம் என்னப்பட்ட ஊருக்குப்போய், அங்கே தம்முடைய சீடர்களோடு தங்கியிருந்தார்.

Jesus therefore walked no more openly among the Jews; but went thence unto a country near to the wilderness, into a city called Ephraim, and there continued with his disciples.
