Doch Ik wist, dat Gij Mij altijd hoort; maar om der schare wil, die rondom staat, heb Ik dit gezegd, opdat zij zouden geloven, dat Gij Mij gezonden hebt.

And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.
