విల్లును వంచినట్టుగా వారు తమ నాలుకను అబద్ధమాడడానికి వంచుతారు. ఈ భూమిపై వారు నమ్మదగిన వారు కాదు. వారు ఒకటి తరవాత మరొకటి చెడుకార్యాలు జరిగిస్తున్నారు. “నేను ఎవరో వారు ఎరుగరు” అని యెహోవా చెబుతున్నాడు.

And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the LORD.
