यिर्मयाह 7:26

परन्तु उन्होंने मेरी नहीं सुनी, न अपना कान लगाया; उन्होंने हठ किया, और अपने पुरखाओं से बढ़कर बुराइयाँ की हैं।

Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers.
