เยเรมีย์ 6:26

​โอ​ ​บุ​ตรสาวแห่งประชาชนของเราเอ๋ย จงเอาผ้ากระสอบคาดเอวไว้ และกลิ้งเกลือกอยู่ในกองเถ้า จงไว้​ทุกข์​เหมือนเพื่​อบ​ุตรชายคนเดียว เป็นการคร่ำครวญอย่างแสนขมขื่​นที​่​สุด​ เพราะว่าผู้ทำลายมาสู้เราในทั​นที​​ทันใด​

¶ O daughter of my people, gird thee with sackcloth, and wallow thyself in ashes: make thee mourning, as for an only son, most bitter lamentation: for the spoiler shall suddenly come upon us.
